Kevin Culp

Kevin was born and raised in Lexington, KY and grew up in the Plantation/Palomar neighborhoods. He graduated from the University of Kentucky with a degree in Business Management before spending 9 years in the United States Air Force. While serving, Kevin specialized as an Instructor Navigator which forever shaped his view of how important it is to always be prepared for a mission or any challenge he embarks. This mindset allows him to overcome any obstacles for himself or his clients. This has made Kevin a solution-based agent who has an eye for details while striving for the end goal. Since his military service, he has over 14 years in the Real Estate industry working on all sides of the transaction.

Kevin is married to his wife, Jessica. He and his wife have 2 beautiful daughters who are heavily involved in the Lexington community. Kevin is an avid UK sports fan, enjoys playing golf and other sports, loves being involved in his kids activities, and spending time with friends and family.
