Buyer Specialist 

I am a born and raised Lexingtonian. In 2014, I graduated from Eastern Kentucky University with a degree in Economics and Personal Financial Planning. Not too long after, I began my Real Estate journey by working as a leasing agent, learning the ins and outs of the rental market. Within the next year I became the top leasing agent for Expert Property Management, and decided to join LBAR as a licensed realtor. I completed and graduated from Keller Williams BOLD Training, widely considered the best realtor training available, and became a part of Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate Cypress and the Nick Ratliff Real Estate Team.

What was your childhood ambition?

I always wanted to be an architect.

When did you first join NRRT?

November 2016.

What’s your role on the team?

I am a buyer specialist.

What strengths do you bring to that role?

I have a rental background that gives investors knowledge that they don’t have, but highly value.

What was your first job?

I was a Kroger bagger.

If you could go on vacation anywhere… where would you go?

Somewhere warm. Honestly, any beach.

What is your biggest challenge?

Adjusting to the fast pace environment that the NRRT is creating and finding my niche within the team.

If you could host a talk show, who would be your first guest?

Taylor Swift.

What inspires you?

The satisfaction of first time home buyers.

Whats your favorite snack?

Sun chips. The cheddar ones, not the vegetable ones.
