Real estate is no longer bound to magazines of home architecture or to personal websites. Agents, nowadays, are posting listings on Facebook, making YouTube videos of neighborhoods, and updating their blogs. The internet is sprinkled with real estate, and it has never been easier to find information about buying or selling a home. One Google search query will load you with thousands of results, but what happens if you have a particular question you want to ask?

Your answer might be the social media website, Twitter. The ability to ask quick questions or get insider information is made simple through their platform. If you’re curious about selling your home or which neighborhood you should relocate to, Twitter can put you into contact with a local real estate agent fast (and their answer). So, the next time you have a question about real estate or about selling your home, be sure to ask me. I’m pretty quick to answering any questions you might have and it’s always fun to get to know people throughout the area.

You can follow me at: @nickratliff. I was recently named one of the nation’s top Realtors on Twitter for my amount of followers, quality of tweets, klout, and local influence.
