Nick Ratliff is an Associate Broker of REAL Broker located in Lexington, KY. Being a lifetime resident of Kentucky and loving everything the Bluegrass Region has to offer, the mission of his business was to maintain a small boutique feel that emphasized technology without losing that personal service.
In 2012, Nick began to build a team of agents dedicated on protecting the client. One of the goals of the team is that every client should have their own individual representation, avoiding dual agency situations. Beyond that, he strives to provide every client with the highest level of professionalism and a true 5 Star Service experience.
Before real estate, Nick graduated from the University of Kentucky with both his Bachelors in Electrical Engineering and Masters in Business Administration. He has always been a huge Kentucky Wildcats fan from childhood, so it was an easy choice where to go. However, he contributes his most valuable education to be not on Kentucky's campus, but during a 6 week study-abroad in Italy where he focused on business.
Nick takes great pride in being the first Realtor in the area to truly embrace social networking. Due to that, he has built a strong following on both Facebook and Twitter. He was interviewed for an article on RealtorMagazine.com in reference to learning from mistakes made on Facebook. This has pushed the team to always be on the forefront of marketing methods.
Nick has always been proud of his Kentucky heritage but loves to travel and experience the world. He is married to Ashley, a Lexington native, and the couple have a son, Ari. His wife would be the first to tell you, he loves to meet new people and will talk with anyone.
